Applications for Excellent Scholarships at the University of Warwick are now being accepted. This scholarship is offered to Masters students who want to enroll in a University programme.
If you are interested in being considered for a scholarship and have a very good academic and/or professional background, please submit your application within four weeks of getting your offer.
The scholarship committee will assess applications on a monthly basis, and results will be announced as soon as feasible. The first set of results will be announced at the beginning of February 2023.

Benefits of University of Warwick WMG Excellent Scholarships
Starting in October 2023, students who enrol in full-time MSc programmes taught by the WMG department at Warwick will receive more than £1 million in scholarships and bursaries from WMG.
Eligibility Criteria
You must fulfil the following requirements to be eligible for University of Warwick WMG Excellent Scholarships for International Students:
- Candidates must hold an offer to study on a WMG full-time MSc course starting October 2023.
- To be eligible, applicants must have an excellent professional history and/or a stellar academic record.
- For conditional offer-holders, scholarship awards will also be conditional on achieving the awardee’s final predicted grade.
- Only self-funded students are eligible for WMG Excellence Scholarships.Notably, students receiving partial bursaries, loans from scholarships, or funding from outside sources may also be taken into account. If recipients receive another scholarship or later receive other assistance, they must let the scholarship committee know.
- Only UK full-time MSc programmes are eligible for WMG Excellence Scholarships.
- WMG Excellence Scholarships are paid towards tuition fees only and cannot be paid in cash or towards accommodation or maintenance costs.
- In order to achieve the greatest gender and nationality diversity, WMG will provide WMG Excellence Scholarships for all WMG full-time MSc programmes.
