Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant who receives an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth Government intended to defray the cost of tuition for the HDR programme will not be eligible for a GUIPRS.
- Not be an international student, a New Zealand citizen, or an Australian citizen, as defined by the terms “domestic student,” “permanent resident,” or the holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa.
